Debbie Pelczynski brings over 30 years of experience in pet nutrition, product development, and brand building. Her work spans retail, formulation, manufacturing, and distribution, with direct involvement in building brands and developing products from concept through to market.
Certified through the University of Guelph (1997) as a Canine and Feline Specialist, she has maintained a disciplined, standards-driven approach to formulation and product development. Debbie has been involved in the natural and holistic pet food space since its early stages, contributing to the development of brands and products before the category became mainstream.
Today, as the founder of Harlow Blend, she continues to apply that experience to developing premium Canadian-made nutrition for dogs and cats, built on consistency, ingredient quality, and a clear expectation that products deliver real result.
